  • We begin our relationship with a brief call to learn more about your project. This allows us to understand your concerns and desired solutions, and to provide you with details on our home remodeling services and how we consistently achieve success. We will gain insight into your preferences and lifestyle, so that our licensed contractors can make sure your expectations are met.

    You will be informed of the budget and other details, and be asked if you are satisfied with the process and ready to move to the next step - an on-site meeting.

    Schedule a free, on-site appointment with our experienced remodeling contractors to inspect your proposed project site. Our team will identify any existing issues, brainstorm innovative ideas, and provide insights on how to use your budget to add long-term value.

    We'll also show you examples of our past projects to help inform your decisions. Let's get started – together, we'll create a space that enhances your lifestyle.

    We offer in-house value engineering to ensure that each project is completed with efficiency, precision, and no delays. Additionally, we employ all the experts you need for your project - from the initial concept to completion - for an all-in-one experience.

    Once the consultation is finished, our team will craft a custom project development proposal that outlines the scope of work, estimated completion time, and estimated cost. Upon your approval, you'll be asked to pay an initial design retainer to start the project.

    We urge you to carefully review the proposal and ask for any clarifications if needed.

  • During the design and planning phase our team will carefully craft your project while using their experience in value engineering to ensure budgets are in line with your expectations.

    You will have numerous meetings with your dedicated design professional to review and approve every aspect of your project through our 3D design software, seeing every selection you make in a rendering of your completed project.

    Our in-house design and construction team will also coordinate during this phase to ensure that when construction begins, our process is as efficient as possible, eliminating any unforeseen issues or problems that tend to arise during any project. After all of your selections have been made, the design is finalized along with final pricing and construction contracts.

  • Dealing with the License and Inspections department of your township can be a difficult and confusing process.

    Do not worry, our team handles all of that! We will prepare all of the necessary documentation and submit the paperwork to your township. After your township reviews and approves your project, we are ready to move into the construction phase!

  • As we move into the construction phase of your project, our team at The Buildwell Group is here to ensure your comfort throughout the process.

    Our project manager will be on-site daily to monitor progress and our call line is available for you to reach out with any inquiries. Additionally, through your client portal, which will be set up for you at initial onboarding, you will have 24 hour access to your projects daily logs, schedule, timeline, invoicing, and change order approval.

    This allows you to stay informed even when you are away. Your comfort and convenience are always our top priority!

  • Once our team has finished the construction phase, we will conduct a meticulous cleanup of the project site.

    We would then like to invite you to a final walkthrough with the project supervisor to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work.

    During this inspection, please let the supervisor know if you would like any adjustments made to the construction and ask them any questions you may have.

    After the survey, you will be asked to make any outstanding payments, signifying that our craftsmanship has truly brought your dream home to life. All projects come with a two year workmanship warranty!
