When the homeowners of this property approached The Buildwell Group with their dream of transforming their cramped and damp basement with limited headroom into a fully functional and luxurious living space, we confidently accepted the challenge. Despite the obstacles, including 5-foot ceilings with exposed mechanical wiring and pipes, as well as exterior foundation walls that posed a moisture challenge, we were able to create a fully customized entertainment area that is sure to impress. The basement now features a custom bar, cozy fireplace and a full bathroom – all working together to create an inviting and comfortable space for entertaining friends and family.
